This video trend has been very popular on Tik Tok and I wanted to do it for my favorite group NCT. Which consist of six sub units or smaller groups within the group. There are four main groups that promote and put out music so I wanted to highlight that the most.
The Process
Planning
I first laid out what section of the song I wanted to use. I used the section 0:57 to 1:34. I also wanted to use NCT phrase NCTIY in the house.
Next I laid out the lyrics and which parts I wanted to have be for specific parts. I made a list of music videos and videos I wanted to use and I had a rough idea of what groups I wanted where. After this as a fan I had a lot of knowledge on their accomplishments but I need to gather more information so I researched using official news outlets, Wikipedia, and twitter. After finalizing what accomplishments I wanted to highlight and where I started to story board.
Story Boarding
With the rough plan I started to story board how I wanted the lyrics to look and lay out and narrow down music videos I wanted to use where.
